  1. We had a bad experience. This program is NOT five stars. It is more like 3 stars and they try to be as cheap as possible. They are not big on customer satisfaction. It is a budgeted program. For those people looking to go on a program and keep their budget in mind, while giving up on some of the luxuries of a five star tour, this may be a good option.

  2. One of the worst programs out there. I don't know what that other guy was talking about when he said lamb carvings I think it was probably that cheap Israeli tour operator that left feedback for himself. Every site I go on to leave a review all the bad ones disappears and only the fake good ones stay up.

  3. Horrible program! Complete rip off. The operator decided to be cheap at the guests expense and not hire a caterer. It was completely unprofessional and the lack of cleanliness in the food functions was disgusting. The location and hotel were beautiful, but these operators are cheap and should be avoided if you are truly looking for a five star program. Look up Lasko. They are usually much better and we have found the extra dollars worthwhile.

  4. It looks like someone is trying very hard to bad mouth this program I cant understand why maybe they are talking about a different program, I was there with more then 50 of my family and friends and we are all very happy, the operator was not cheep, we had plenty of food and it was very good, the kids had a blast in the day camp and the host was very nice and accommodating we highly recommend this program.

    1. Mr. Feldman,
That may be, but it doesn't mean that it was five stars. There's lots of programs out there that are truly five stars. This is not one of them. We have been to several five star programs from California to Cancun to Miami. This program was not five star. There were some nice features, but the name "Five Star" is very deceiving.

  5. Its so surprising that you guys are saying that.
My family and I had an awesome time.
The pricing was great the program was OK, the food was stupendous and the staff was courteous.

There is nothing perfect in this world but I think you guys are blowing things out of proportion.

  6. I agree. The staff was courteous, but I also agree with the other comments in terms of how cheap the operator is in relation to five star programs. I have never been to a five star program without a caterer. The fact that the operator tried to pull this off without a caterer at our expense is inexcusable. I'm sure they saved a lot of money, but they certainly lost our business.
Also, we were promised that on shabbos and chag someone would be at the elevators to help with the buttons and that never happened. You either had to walk upstairs, or hope that a staff member was passing by.

However, in all fairness, the resort was beautiful and the child care was great.

  7. We were very disappointed. We have been to several high class five star programs and this program didn't come close to the others. They were constantly running out of food and the service was horrible. They didn't even bother to hire a caterer!!! Our all time favorite has been Le Blanc. Well worth the money.

  8. We have been to every meal and I have'v never seen that they ran out of food, sometimes they did not refiled the buffets fast enough but after a few minutes they ware full again, I remember passing by the buffets by the end of the meals and they ware always full, with or without a caterer in my opinion they did a great job and if you want to compere this program to the Le-Blanc I think that just to be fair you should mention that Le-Blanc's price was more then double, so again, we ware very happy and we highly recommend this program.

    All in all we enjoyed.

Positives: The hotel location was magnificent and the children's activities were wonderful.

Negatives: The food and service was not very good. It's true that they didn't have a caterer.

The hotel and children's programs made it worth our while.
